Tagging in Comments

To promote more collaboration within Curate, you are now be able to tag other users from your organization within comments on doc snippets (e.g. John Doe check this out!). This will send them an alert in their notification center.

Step 1: Click on "Leave a Comment"

Step 2: Type your comment and use the "@" symbol to populate your organization's user list to select the person you're tagging.

The tagged user will then see an alert in their Notification Center. Once you click on the alert, it will take you to the relevant hit in your public folder. 

If the snippet where the comment lives has been archived, you will see “Show Archived Files” for the folder.
