To opt in or out of notifications for newly posted docs, navigate to My Account > Settings > Alerts.
This is where you can choose to receive in app alerts on a daily or weekly basis for new documents in your followed locations. Note that all followed locations will be included in one alert (rather than receiving x number of separate alerts).
In the near future, we will also support email notifications.
